I ALWAYS recommend Mr. Rooter to my clients and use them on my personal home. I just had a plumbing issue and called Mr. Rooter and they sent a technician the same day. Paul handled everything with great care and even worked late to make sure it was resolved. I have had great experiences with Mr. Rooter for many years. They are reliable, reasonable and have trained technicians that take great care. Thank you!

I guess Im wondering how someone could be so incompetent at their craft. I have a 3 story Airbnb located in West Asheville/candler area. I had a complaint from my guests that water was leaking down through the kitchen ceiling and slowly dripping out of a hole for a pots and pans holder. Subsequently, I called Mr. Rooter. To their credit they were able to come out to the house within the hour. The gentleman they sent out diagnosed the problem as a loose bolt on a toilet on the third floor, which seemed highly improbable for the type of leak that was occurring. Trusting a professional I paid them hundreds of dollars to repair the issue. The following weekend I got the same call from my guests. I sent Mr. rooter back out there with much protest from their office insisting it was their problem to fix. They diagnosed this as the other toilet on the third floor had to be replaced. Again, this seemed highly unlikely that it was the source but we had it professionally replaced. We are now on our 3rd weekend of guests still getting a call about a leaking ceiling. Over a grand later in repairs based off the diagnosis of Mr. rooter and we still have not resolved the issue. I was dismissed and disrespected on the phone for even questioning the efficacy of the work. Proceed with caution, I would highly suggest using another company.
