I ordered 7 picnic tables in August of 2021 through a second party. I kept getting strung along month after month. Finally they were supposed to be delivered in February 2022 with a shipping date. Then I was notified two weeks later that I should cancel the order. Really? It was frustrating because I was told that we were supposed to get them with in 12 weeks initially and we waited 6 months with no product. Please be honest with your customers. If you cannot full fill the order within a reasonable amount of time say so.

Do not buy from this company. They are falsely advertising the quality of products. I ordered the 11g steel trash lids. When they were shipped, they were 1/3 of the weight listed and then they responded and said it was changed to 18g steel and how would I like to proceed. That is bait and switch and false advertising. You charged me for 90#s of freight when these were 8# each and could have shipped ground. Besides the bait and switch and theft of shipping charges, you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please get your business together.

In recent years Leisure Craft's manufacturing time has gone from 2-3 weeks to 8-12 weeks. They now fabricate fees, on top of published prices, like $50 "non-customization" fees (per item) for products if you order without a logo. We had a large order for seating for a stadium, and Leisure Craft took over the sales of the order internally, and cut us out of the deal! We recommend MyTcoat, Dumor, Wabash Valley, and Webcoat as alternatives.

It was an absolute pleasure delivering here. They even let me stay the night. Really friendly people wish every business was ran this way!!
