I have used Dewayne at Precision Comfort Services multiple times for repairs, maintenance and entire HVAC system replacements at multiple properties over the last several years. He's responsive, helpful, efficient, upfront with costs, and often thinks outside the box in terms of extending the life of existing equipment so as both a home owner and a landlord I really appreciate his honesty and expertise! In fact I have referred him to several friends and clients as well and everyone has been thrilled with his work. Definitely a reliable and value added contractor which is hard to find these days!!

Dewayne and crew were professional and performed an excellent job. They found issues and fixed them. I had my entire HVAC replaced including a split system for my loft. He explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. There were no surprises with the final invoice. I highly recommend this company.

I've been using Precision Comfort for a few years and they are top notch. They replaced one of my systems and the experience was much better than other companies I used previously. Maintenance services are also outstanding. Great communication and trustworthy advice. Highly recommended!
