Four Seasons, The Care You Trust

It's been 4 yrs since my mom's passing. The man that came out to check her to clean her up after her passing he did nothing, he came in looked at her went to his car never seen him again!! He didn't say anything to us he just up and left. When the funeral home came to get my lil mama we told them he didn't clean her up but we would they told us no they would do that for us. I hope they fired that pos. That was the most horrific ordeal I've ever been through. I will NEVER use them again I don't want a reply like everyone else got. It's the same we are sorry we're committed with the service and whatever else yall vomit out then give a phone number when all and all by reviews none of them have helped solve the same issues with this horrible place

They refuse to provide proper supplies even though Medicare pays them to do so, and when my father had pneumonia they pushed morphine instead of treating him.

We had a very cold and disappointing experience here. My father was transported here from Pardee during his passing in December. We called ahead of time and were told that the small amount of family we had coming in from out of town would be allowed to gather in the private meeting area outside of his room. We asked several times to make sure this would be okay, and were ensured by everyone we spoke to that it was fine. Everyone arrived, and by the time the last person got there (a group of about 8 people in a private setting outside his room, not the main lobby, with no one in the adjoining patient room) we were told by someone in management that we would have to take turns outside gathering to mourn the loss of a father, husband, and brother. People who traveled several hours had to wait outside in the cold and the rain while their brother lay dying. Among other instances that evening, this was not the home and comfortable feeling everyone tells you it will be at Four Seasons Hospice.

My mom just passed after being thru palliative and then hospice with 4 seasons. I could not have wished for better quality help and care. Towards the end I was calling daily. We had a nurse regularly once a week and a CNA once a week. If I needed someone beyond weekly I called and they came. I was fortunate to be able to hire by ourselves a recently retired 4 seasons hospice nurse to help with care. Four seasons put me in contact with her. She was beyond wonderful. Reasonable rate for her phenomenal care provided, kind, empathetic, reliable, capable. She made sure we had everything we needed. The only fly in the ointment was their medical supply company which I would rate 3 out of 5 stars. There was a couple tiny hiccups. I spoke up and they were fixed immediately. I feel fortunate that I had everyone in 4 seasons to help me navigate this new difficult uncharted journey I had to make. God bless everyone I met affiliated with 4 seasons
