        Advice that I give you, they have a very ridiculous policy. If you don't have a receipt and you try to exchange your clothes for another size and they don't have it, you lose your money since to change they have to have the same ticket number and they won't give it back to you, much less They give you a giftcard, so that means Rainbow stores steal your money. It's better not to go buy clothes here, I give you 0 stars on my part. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY. Advice that I give you, they have a very ridiculous policy.       Hi Yami, refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with original receipt and tags attached, within 7 days of purchase. Refund will be in the same form in which payment was originally made. If an item is returned more than seven (7) days and up to 30 days after purchase, a store credit or exchange will be given for the original selling price as long as the returned item has tags attached and original receipt is presented. Store credits are valid for one (1) year from date of issuance, except where prohibited by the law of the state where the credit is issued. Thank you for understanding!
