HATE Kayla left this place! Kayla was the best! First time with Brey she the next best thing however she part time ughhhhhh!! But I DO NOT recommend Charlotte!! OUCH!!!

I made an appointment months in advance for tomorrow. I received a phone call yesterday with no message left and a call today to let me know that the provider is no longer with them and that my 10am appointment tomorrow cannot be accommodated. I am set to leave out of town Saturday and had no other availability. I think this place is very unstable. I have been to 3 or 4 different people because no one stays. Please find somewhere else to go!!!! Update: its amazing how businesses want to reach out and make things right after the damage has been done and well after the fact. My opinion remains the same!

This my first time visiting this wax salon. I called twice fifteen minutes prior to arriving to let the receptionist desk know Id be running five minutes late. There was no answer. I arrived at the given address at 3:05pm and my appointment was scheduled from 3:00pm to 3:25. I had trouble finding the building so I called a third time and finally reached the receptionist. She then let me know that they have a seven minute grace period and theyd given my spot away! This very important piece of information was not given at the time of booking. She also informed me that I would need to wait until 3:30 to receive my service because they had given my spot to the lady whose appointment was at 3:30. I then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes and was taken back at 3:40. I got a Brazilian wax by Jasmine and I was pleased with her work but unfortunately I dont believe Ill be coming back.
