        Was able to come in early to set up fir the party. The space was nice and clean. Owner was professional and very helpful.

        I have been using this virtual office for several months. Ive had nothing but problems. I paid extra to have mail forwarded DAILY. Im here today to pick up my mail because Im missing payments that were mailed to me at this address. The doors are locked! They are in TRAINING for an entire MONTH! The 3rd party used to secure this service was able to get them on the phone and they verified there is mail to be picked up (wasnt that supposed to be forwarded?!?!) but Ill have to make an appointment and its not convenient for them today so Ill have to come back tomorrow between 1-3pm. Its a 45 min one way trip for me. I thought I was paying for a SERVICE. Seems not to be the case!!! I will be moving my address to another biz center even though the changes will cost me much time, money and filings with state and federal entities. Im left wondering how hard can it be to answer the phone, open the door and forward mail?!?!

        We used Biz Center for my daughters 1st birthday the owner was nice and helpful. The venue was clean, tables and chairs were provided and it fit about 50 people comfortably.

        Ms. Olabisi is the absolute best! From the beginning until the very end, she was informative and understanding. I was late, and she was very understanding about it. The place itself is a nice size to hold a party of up to forty. I was able to decorate using my vision, and everyone was seated comfortably with room to spare. I will definitely use the place again in the future and recommend.

      Dear customer, first we appreciate you choosing the Biz center for your virtual service needs. You sign up with us in January of 2023 for a mail forwarding services which is $10.99 per month, and our service agreement says we will forward mail out weekly only. So, please refer to this agreement for a better clarification. Also, with a mail forwarding, our staff automatically packed your mail and prep it for shipment, so it is in a different mail category. Calling the office and asking for you mail without an appointment is against our policy. Our mail pickup time is from 1-3pm M-F.If you have any questions please give us a call.Biz Center VO
