        Was going to get a Budget truck (dodged a financial bullet) but went with Penske instead. One way trip to Jacksonville. The people in the store were friendly and the store was clean. It's super affordable, and the truck had no problems hauling a full load for a 2 hour trip. Hand truck worked as advertised also 100% will use again.

        Easy in and out location and a drop box for after hours drop offs. No complaints!!! Also a gas station down the street to fill up truck before dropping it off

        This was my 2nd time using Penske truck rental to move from Memphis to North Carolina and both times when I went to Home Depot to pickup the rental I had issues. The 1st time I rented, the trailer to carry my car was broken and we had to go to another location to pick up a trailer. The 2nd time they had NO 26' truck or trailer so we had to drive 35 minutes to Mississippi to pickup the truck and trailer. In both cases we ordered everything on the website and had the green light to pickup. Both times it was an inconvenience for us because we were on a timed schedule. I do have to say that the 2nd time for our inconvenience we DID get a discount.
