I came in the oter day had no idea what I was looking for. Just a rough idea. No one would help me they just laughed about me needing help but knowing what i needed help with Im older and sometimes its hard to remember things and get my thoughts into the right words I was ready to leave when A gentleman with a long beard stopped to ask me if need help He went above and beyond. Helped me several times even while running around helping other customers even though two girls and a guy where just standing around talking and doing nothing. If it wasn't for the beard gentleman. I'd probably never go back and tell friends to never go there. He even helped me and another person load the cars and wouldn't take a tip. I don't know if the store manager looks at this but you need to Trai. People better and give him award.

I always find interesting items I didn't know I could use in my shop as I shop thru the store in Fayetteville. I've never come across any item I specifically went to the Northern Tool Store for that I didn't find. Love the store in Fayetteville!
