How did she spoke for the? Has someone standing in the rain pouring down telling them to come in and do their taxes? I would never come to a place like that. You have no respect for your workers. I would never allow you to do my taxes

If I could give him 0 stars I would. March/ April, he was given mine and my wife's tax papers. We are now in October. And since then he has not done anything, won't answer calls, is never at the office, doesn't respond to text messages, found him on Facebook, made an appointment for us to come over and get it done, then the day of, he calls to reschedule, day of rescheduled appointment, he never showed up, never returned my calls etc.... Now I have to go to the IRS office to see what we're able to do since he has all our tax forms and receipts etc and no way of getting it back from him.... This whole scenario is extremely unprofessional! And can ruin people's lives which in currently trying to fix in order for that not to happen.

A white lady in the front first desk with a nose and eye piercing with a short cut was extremely rude and disrespectful along with her coworker andrea who coughed in our faces. so At first she questioned wether I was the head of the house and when my mom tried to retrieve more documents so that we could do the taxes, and all the sudden she became hostile towards my mother for no reason indicating that putting my younger brothers down was illegal and also made the assumption that my mother was hostile with her which wasnt the case and when my mom tried explain that to the lady that I was the head of the household, she stated that she worked at H&R blocck for 12 years and does the taxes classes and that she knew what she was talking and also pulled out a read book as a means try and school my mother but overall her behavior was disgusting and nasty and looked very unprofessional and unkept. I dont believe those two individuals should work in that kind of field or establishment if thats how they treat and or handle their clients. I will never ever do taxes with liberty bank again, unprofessional, rude staffing and staff members who cough in your face without a mask, was grossed out by the whole setting!
