        I have a small business and this UPS makes running my small business nearly impossible. The workers here are lazy and never want to do their jobs. They dont ever assist with large loads. They constantly lock the door minutes before designated closing time. I have to take a trip to UPS daily and they make it very unpleasant. Much rather make the drive to the distribution center.

        I rented a P.O. Box, and found out the same day that I was able to get a free one on base. I went back a few hours later and tired to get a refund. The employee taking care of the issue gave nothing but attitude when explaining why they couldnt give me a refund. All I say is, at least explain to the customer the refund/return policy when purchasing something like this. Super dissatisfied.
