Been here for the first time and its a disgrace.Lady took a person phone call while she was helping us.She asked me to open my phone 3 times while on her call.this is unprofessional and unacceptable.I was able to record her the whole time.Yapping and laughing getting on with her person information

While my initial interaction with the employee wasn't ideal, and the employee wasn't as forthcoming with assistance at first, things turned around significantly. To the employee's credit, they recognized my frustration and quickly became incredibly helpful and professional.
The in-store price ended up being lower than the online estimate, making it a win-win situation.
Despite the initial hiccup, I would highly recommend DHL for most international packages, particularly for African destinations, which is truly valuable.

The worst. Packages never show up. Or, they simply don't deliver OR hey! We dropped your package in a different city at a strangers house AND when we phone in to ask for help they WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. 4 separate incidents-4 different packages. Only 1 actually ever arrived and every time they do not care so if you use them, good luck.

The worst delivery service. Package was supposed to be delivered 3 different times and now I have to go pick up the package from a drop off location. All because of incompetent drivers who cant follow directions. They were supposed to deliver the package to a drop off location today and now it wont be here until next week. WORST DELIVERY EVER.
