I'm not one to leave review's but this is a business worth leaving one for. We initially started the process with MND construction for our roof due to damage from hurricane Florence in Fayetteville. The FIRST specialist from the MND construction that came to look at our roof and AND the actual sales office would not return my calls after I informed them what our insurance was going to cover. (Insurance was just going to cover patch work) so needless to say, that company wasn't willing to put any effort to fight this with our insurance carrier. Now.... Zach Scalera with ER roofing would not accept what our insurance company said they were going to cover. He put in the TIME and effort with our insurance company and even had a second adjuster come out to our home to justify the reasoning for a full roof replacement. Zach was very thorough, answered any questions we had and was quick to respond to any of our calls/texts. The quality and warranty you get with them is by far worth it and our roof looks great! I would recommend them and Zach Scalera in a heart beat! Thank you Empire Roofing.

Dealing with Empire Roofing and Restoration has been a pleasure. Representative Zach Scalera was extremely descriptive through out the process of dealing with the insurance company all the way to the roof replacement. The crew left the work area spotless upon completion. Thank you, I highly recommend dealing with Empire Roofing.

Tom and Zack were a joy to work with during our roofing repair due to the hail damage. They explained the process in detail, addressed all concerns and coordinated with the insurance company. Our home looks even better than before. Thank you guys... Tony and I really appreciate all that you guys did. We have been recommending you to everyone!!! 😊

Tom did an excellent job throughout my project. He was flexible with scheduling, worked with my insurance company, and exceeded the standard with the work provided. I would absolutely recommend them, and will be calling them again when needed. 10 out of 10!!

Contractors did a good job of replacing my roof and repairing the damaged walls inside the house, but their cleanup was terrible. Picked up 2.5 lbs of nails out of the yard and had to do a full cleaning inside the house after they were done. They didn't wipe down anything! Went to turn on my exhaust hood over my stove and had to clean out more nails and roofing materials so I could use it. They are a bit messy with their work. Told Brad Coody about all this and he stated that he would have a talk with the crews as a training tool. He didn't even offer to have them come back out to clean up their mess. Once he had his money, he was ready to leave. Not good business practices. They also kept 8 osb boards that were left over and 2 bundles of shingles. I paid for those and they took them! I do not recommend Empire unless you are willing to clean up after their crews.
