Premier builders offered outstanding service. We received three estimates to replace our roof and they were the cheapest of the three by a couple thousand dollars. They provided an in-person inspection and estimate the day after I called, customer service was outstanding and they walked us through the process of filing the claim through insurance, scheduled us within a couple days, and did an outstanding job installing the roof. They replaced additional plywood on our roof that had rotted without charging extra. Workers were friendly and accommodating, customer service was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

WOW!! Huge thanks to John and Robin with Premier Builders! They were able to do a super fast turn-around on my roof and fix my crawl space. The roofing crew was happy and diligent in their work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great crew for an amazing roof!!

Premier Builders mislead me at the time of hire that he and his crew would not do the install of the siding. He handed the job to a subcontractor without my consent. This subcontractor brings two young none speaking English man to my property and leaves them without supervision. Faulty, sub-standard work all around. After 5 days at job subcontractor and his two none speaking English crew leave on to hire another subcontractor to clean up the mess from the previous crew. Unfortunately the second subcontractor wasn’t allowed to finish. Premier Builders did nothing but give us the run around during that time. After a 11 week nightmare we are left to hire our own people to finish up. Guess that is a good thing at that point. Don’t trust this contractor, be aware and watch out!!! I had spent over 3 month looking for the right contractor, only to be mislead by Premier Builders. I felt so dumb found once I found out crew at work was a subcontractor, on their first day, once they had started, I was told. They had wasted all my time researching, as I had no chance to even look up this subcontractor.
