We just closed on a 19 acres property in Lillington, NC coming from Rochester, NY and Watertown, NY. Sam was amazing throughout the process of getting through the finding, offering, and closing stages. She made sure the lines of communication were always open between NY and NC, which can be a challenge given the rural nature of the properties we were having her look at with, and for, us. She was willing to go anywhere and do things like crawl under one of the homes we were looking at via video call. We loved the local knowledge, and tree knowledge ;-), she was so willing to talk us through. I would strongly recommend Sam.
