Do Not use This company for property management, as the owner of a house I had a 2 year agreement with them. They will never answer your calls and it was terrible that the renter had to get in touch with me when the bathroom commode was clogged. My renter paid every month on the 28 to the 1st of the month but I never received my rent until the 12th. When the renter left, I had to fight with this guy to do what I was paying him to do. Stay away from this company.
