I have to say this company has a wonderful staff! The property manager Charlene is awesome and responsive to customers! And Daniel the maintenance technician is so helpful and very professional. He always goes above and beyond to help me out. I am so happy with their service!

Horrible place! They tried to put my daughter in a home with no toilet. Trashed yard. Holes in the wall around the shower heads and leading water. They had her sign a post dated lease took her first month rent and deposit and now refuses to give it back. They are slum lords! We will be hiring an attorney. If I could give them a negative I would.

This company manages a rental directly across the street from my home. They have managed it for the past 5 years and it continues to stay run down and is a blight to our neighbourhood. They do not manage the tenants, nor do they mow the grass or any kind of upkeep to the property. They are slum lords at best.

Lady is quick to say ain't no opening but as I was in there waiting to talk to her I seen how she rented out a unit an they just walked in right in front of me and I had already had my application in and she said ain't no apartment vacant right now
