        Be aware that Mr. Younts hates when other Realtors consult with his clients! (That would only be problematic if the information wasnt the same) My impression was that because hes been in the business for over 35 years that hes the expert. Terrible way to think because the real estate industry has been flipped ... literally! People are buying & selling homes online. If I could give 0 stars I would because that is what this organization deserves based on their performance. First lets starts with the contract: at least 10 areas that were incorrect. These errors costed me a buyer. Second lets discuss professionalisms and decorum: passing off a listing to the buyers agent for commission ... highly immoral. If you are a new agent looking for a knowledgeable place to work, briskly run past this agency.
