Monica Worth was amazing to work with. She is kind, accessible, hardworking, and patient. One thing about Monica is that she was very understanding of our vision in what we wanted for our future home, and had so much patience with us. She is extremely trustworthy and it was easy to work with her because of how personable she is. We were first time home buyers, so there were many words and parts of the process that my husband and I were unfamiliar with and/or did not understand. Monica always went out of her way to explain everything for us and whenever we had a question, she was easily available to jump on a call so that we could have a better understanding. I truly appreciated that, her work ethic is amazing. I would highly suggest Monica as anyones next realtor.

If you are in the market for selling (or buying!) a home, look no further than Brooke Van Dyke. Not only is she extremely personable, kind, and not to mention funny, she will take care of you and keep you informed throughout the whole process. My husband and I sold our first home and were totally clueless on the process, and Brooke guided us through market analysis to understand how much to list for, how to prep the house for optimal sale potential, and was a constant reassurance for us when any questions or concerns arose. When our buyer requested home repairs, she went out of her way to do the research for us to find the best price and handled all the communications with contractors on our behalf. Brooke makes you truly feel cared about, so much so that I wish she was our buying agent in our new city! She is truly a gem and such a hard worker and you are in great hands when you work with her.
