All American was referred to me by my home warranty company. Had a very slow drain and a dishwasher issue. Dave showed up and was friendly and professional. He fixed both issues. Work is under warranty for 30 days as well. Spoke with Vivian to schedule and Betsy to close out.

All American Plumbing was recommended to me, I had my whole house replumbed and the sewer line replaced too. The guys were great!!! Come out, give me an estimate and the price was reasonable. They did a great job and answered all of my 100 plus questions. The office stuff answered each time I called and was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you

These guys were sent out to my home by American Home Shield. They came out and told me the leak was coming from my heating unit. Come to find out, it was coming from a pipe NEXT to my unit. They misdiagnosed the problem AND left the pipe leaking under my home. Referred it out as a hvac issue.They had to be re-sent back to my home and gave no rhyme or reasons as to why the pipe was not fixed on the initial visit. They didn't bother to do their due diligence to find out the source of the leak. Because of their misdiagnosis, it almost costs me $12,000 in a new hvac system that was not needed. Will never use their services again.

Today I had a appointment . All American Plumbing. I received a courtesy phone call from Dave informing me that he was on his way. He showed up in exactly 8 mins like he stated.The two of them arrived and were professional. After explaining the issue I was having he went outside to assess the situation to see if it was my septic tank. He identified the problem, contacted his office and let me know that my warranty people should reach out to me. I couldnt have asked for better service from the two of them! This was the second time I used this company. The first time was to have my water heater replaced. Definitely recommend

Receptionist was very rude when trying to get service for home warranty company. And then only would take cash or credit card as payment. And then charge you another 3% above the charge card. If you dont take a check and you cant be more professional, we dont want or need your service. And most wont that read this. Good luck.
