D.A.D Plumbing And Drain Cleaning LLC

Had a plumbing emergency at 11:30 pm at home in Fayetteville. Searched the internet for a company with good reviews and decided to call Mike's plumbing since they stated 24/7. Called the number and got the voice-mail. Since know answer and figured that they wouldn't call back, they didn't. I just left a message stating that I would like to schedule an appointment. They called back at 6:39am and I returned call at 8:22 am. Told them who I was and they stressed that I called at 11:30 pm. I said you stated 24/7, I was told that its for an emergency not convenience. Told that I did/do have any emergency and left the message to schedule since no answer. The attitude this morning was nasty and keep saying 24/7 is for emergency, which I had. l told them with the attitude, I don't need service. They responded back and said we don't need your service. Don't let the message on the truck fool you " Doing business as Jesus would ". Terrible attitude and no way to talk to a customer even if they call 24/7 with or without an emergency. I'm in the service industry and I wouldn't talk to a customer or potential customer even if they are wrong. So if you call them after hours, be sure to say it's an emergency even though you are trying to be considerate they may not call back since it's late. From the call this morning, I wouldn't recommend them. Thanks, Wendell

I recently used Mike's Plumbing on multiple jobs that needed immediate attention and Mike and his team were knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative throughout the process of the project from start to finish. They were also really kind and Mike was very reasonable with pricing and a payment arrangement for a major job. I could tell he was sincerely concerned with the plumbing needs of the home. 10/10 recommend. Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair

Our well tested HEAVILY positive for PFOAS w/other toxins also. So We purchased a Springwell whole Home Filtration System. We hired Mikes Plumbing after learning they are a Christian Family owned business! They installed Our system quickly & efficiently! We also hired Them for maintaining Our System monthly just to make sure it stays running smoothly. They are Professional, Friendly, Polite & They dont drag ther work out to milk the clock, so to speak, which is VERY IMPORTANT Wen paying an hourly rate! I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing in Fayetteville NC @King Charles Drive off Camden Rd. Honey J.

Rob and Melvin did an excellent job replacing the shower fixtures. They called to see if they could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. Very professional, kind and wonderful manners.
