I went to the store on Saturday looking to purchase fish for my aquarium. I picked out several fish total of 10. The salesperson took a while to catch some of the fish in my opinion stressed them out. The salesperson told me that if something happened to any of them within a seven day period. I could return them for a replacement fish. I bought 2 fish each of my selection and 3 black barbs. 1 barb died the next day the other 2 are doing fine. 1 other fish of 2 died the next day. I went to take them back on Monday and was told I could not get them replaced that they gave to test the water. The fish avg cost was $5. I did not have the time to wait for them to test the water. The salesperson should go into more details about the return policy and not have a customer walk out thinking all she had to do was return the fish. Explain full policy in the future or set the right expectations for a return. Its not worth the hassle for $10 worth of fish. As a company knowing all the other fish did well except these 2 I would have replaced the fish and kept it moving. Unsatisfied customer will not purchase from your company anymore. Thank you
