My wife and I have taken both our dogs to this location previously on at least three different occasions without an issue. This time, my wife brought both our dogs and one of the employees, in a disrespectful manner, refused one of my dogs and stated that she was showing "signs of aggression" because she barked. My wife called me and was distraught. This has never been a problem before and my dog has never been aggressive towards anyone since we have socialized them from when they were puppies. Our dogs have been around all sorts of people and children of different ages and in varying scenarios, both alone and in large groups. My dogs are 10 years old so they have been handled by all sorts of different people from vets, to groomers, to boarding employees, etc. Now, when we tried to rebook an appointment for our dog, the system denies us. Since an employee lied about about our dog because of her false perception and then placed a flag on her, we cannot book an appointment to get her groomed at this location. It raises a few questions as to why this time and this particular employee did not want to groom our dog. This is very poor practice and a bit disrespectful.
