Med One Care PA

Went in feeling very ill at 4:30 in the afternoon after being exposed to influenza b. There were no people waiting. I was the only one in the waiting area. I was told I couldnt be seen because they closed in 30 minutes!!?? I had to wait till the next day to get appointment with cvs. I tested positive for influenza b but Tamiflu has to be issued within 48 hours to be effective. Because of med one I went past the 48 hours and was sick for over a week because the Tamiflu was ineffective. I told them I most likely had Influenza b because I was exposed. If you dont have time to test me at least prescribe the Tamiflu as a precaution.

Dont waste your time coming here staff has no compassion or care and even have postage signage basically stating that.

I was here when they opened to a full waiting room. After 90 minutes, I was told I was next and there was only one doc for the walkins, physicals, and drug screens. I also heard her tell two other people after me they were next and someone else was called back before me. After 3hr and 20 minutes I still have not seen a doctor. Maybe prioritize those who are actually ill over employment physicals and drug screens.

I had to wait a super long time but Im giving 5-stars for Dr. Rittler, she was the best doctor Ive ever met with! She walked in and I immediately could tell she knew what she was doing. My illness made me terrified to come in (I was in a lot of pain) but she definitely did her best and I couldnt have asked for an easier experience. Im guessing the longer wait time was because she is so thorough with the patients, which Im happy to wait for anytime.

Med one care is Nextdoor to Cape Fear Family Medical Care and they work together I love it . All I have to do is walk right over. Walk In clinic at Med One is at 7:30am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday love it because they share my issues right next to my clinic for my doctor and all can be on same sheet of music. The staff is very polite and doctors and nurses have been very caring and understanding, for my care and needs . Ive been coming to this clinic as well since I was a teenager and 36 years old now yes very long time. I Consider this clinic as family as well I recommend anybody to come over here.
