I was considering adding this charity to my CFC fundraising beneficiaries, but noticed that the Administrative Fundraising Rate for this "charity" is 95.7% WHAT??? In other words, for every $100 donated, $4.30 goes towards Veteran's services???? How does that qualify for 501(C)?? For shame.

When is counselors arguing and disrespectful to one another in front of the veteran being professional? and empowering 5 Star reviews were given to Ms. Renee and her staff.----- Just yesterday== Just yesterday Ms. C. asked Mr. Blue a question and I had to listen for 3 minutes of him being disrespectful and not giving her an answer to her question She finally said he is on the phone. This is the case each time I return a call (3) . Either Mr. McDonald is arguing and being disrespectful or Mr. Blue disrespects her when she ask either of them anything. These 5 star reviews is not the experience I witnessed. The secretary is the only person that shows any type of professionalism. From personal experience I have to say these 5 star ratings is HOG WASH and trying to hype up the joint. Ms. Renee how are you empowering veterans when your male staff disrespects this female like they do? Why have you allow the domination and disrespect of this woman? I personally witnessed these actions since July 2020 up until Yesterday. I do not need your help that bad at the expense of this lady.
