        RACIST !!! Dont go as a black man never felt more disrespected in my life no one spoke or help me after standing around waiting for someone to help nearly an hour guy at front desk was on his phone looking as if I didnt belong in there.

        Kelly Street is a fantastic employee at this shop. She helped me get the exact strings and capo that I wanted. They werent in shop but she ordered them and they were in shop in 2 days. Not only that, but she recommended strings that were a better fit for my fingers. Kelly restrung and fixed the action on my 12 string Taylor perfectly. I havent felt this good playing my guitar since I bought it. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be requesting her assistance again.

        Really great place to purchase musical instruments, sheet music & more! The instructors are great - in fact I'm One of Them! (Piano & Voice) If you're wanting to learn, there's never been a better time - don't put it off! Music & Arts has an intimate atmosphere and great little studio classes for learning.
