The two movers were prompt, giving me a 30 minute courtesy call. They were respectful of my home and very friendly. Their inventory was thorough and they were meticulous in their explanation of the paperwork.

We did a PCS from HI to NC with Stewart M&S being the contracted provider for the military on the NC end. The moving crew was unprofessional as they constantly had conversations about drugs. They caused damage to the house and intimidated me to sign a document stating the damage was already there. There were constant smoke breaks so my home and belongings absorbed the smell of cigarettes. Multiple items were broken by the team as well. Part of the service was that they would unpack everything I asked them to with the Kitchen being the priority. One man, spent the entire time unpacking the kitchen only to then say they had to leave because there was another job they had to get to. So they left my belongings on the driveway and I had to do the rest of the unpacking of the kitchen. On top of this, I was assisting them with unloading the truck as they were moving at glacial speeds. When I called to voice my concerns and frustrations, I got an apology but no offer for them to come back out to finish the job. I mentioned the intimidation from one of the movers to which went in one ear and out the other. Unfortunately when you have a provider with a contract with the military, they do not care about you or your concerns as they'll be paid regardless. I'm sure I'll get a generic response here or some type of gaslighting but that would be on par for this company and my personal experience with them. This company caused so much added stress and distrust. As for the broken items and damage to the house, I was too stressed and tired from unpacking my stuff to bother with a claim. We just ate the cost and did the repairs. If you have an option to use another company, I strongly suggest doing so. If you're a military family, then you'd be better off doing a DITY (which I am in the process of now). This was almost 2 years ago and I was only reminded of this awful experience because we are doing a PCS again.

I had a great packing and pickup on 2 April 2024 of my Unaccompanied Baggage for an overseas assignment. The two man team led by Mr. Dexter and Kaiden, were professional, prompt and personable in performing their duties. Mr. Dexter was great in processing the work. Enjoyed being serviced by this team.
