        Me and my wife would like to thank Janice for her professionalism and I can't say enough about the load she took off our shoulders..janice explained what was needed and we complied and she took it from there and that was it..no games no nonsense..straight up ..we were waiting to see if something prohibited us from getting our home..we still can't believe we have a home...it was that easy...we love you janice ..God bless you
