Turner Realty was my landlord for 2 years. I requested the fence be fixed at move-in and then again through their website and the work was never done. I had to pay to fix the fence myself so my dogs would not get out. I told them at move in the carpet smelled like urine and there were stains all over it and they never came to inspect. I showed them pictures of the stains and the water in my steam cleaner to prove the carpets were never cleaned before I moved in. Turner Realty stated the home was move-in ready but there were holes in the walls, rust stains in the tub, the tub/shower diverters didn't work, and the very large trees in the yard were falling on the house and on my family. I made a complete list of all items that needed attention, and nothing was ever done. Do not rent from Turner Realty, they are slumlords.

Great experience with Turner realty. We had to do the whole process out of state and Diana did an excellent job helping us finding great contractors to fix up the house to get ready for sale, listing the property, finding the perfect person to take pictures of the house, and walking us through the whole paperwork process. Diana was definitely a blessing to us and were so blessed to have her as our realtor. Turner realty was also managed our property and did an excellent job in walking through the house after every tenant to ensure it was ready for the next renters, receiving the rent monthly, and letting us know of any issues with the house so we could expedite the repairs for the tenant.

Turner Reality was the property manger over my home for almost eight years. I can say that it was very easily to contact them throughout the years. However with the management of my home was an area where improvements were needed. When I got ready to sell my home there were many things that had to be repaired. Some of the items included the following: roof, wood rot, carpet, closet doors, all interior doors, the back deck, etc. The tenants also left items in the garage, on the deck, and in the shed. I had to put a lot of money into the house before placing it on the market. They wanted me to use them to sell my home. When I viewed how the house was left, it was a definite no for me. After all the needed work completed by an awesome contractor and his team with the help of an awesome realtor the house sold quickly.
