My experience with JJ Dowdy at Berkshire was completely worth this long read you're about to endure. To start off, we're military and found out back in December of 2021 that we were relocating back to NC. I naturally jumped the gun SO SO early trying to get my ducks in a row. My sister in law recommended JJ to me and I called him immediately. So for 8 MONTHS, we have been in constant contact. 8 MONTHS, this man endured 10s of phone calls a week, helping me through many decisions, many trial and errors, going from new construction homes to switching locations, to eventually even having to switch buying amounts- you name it I put him through it.... and he was completely in contact all the time, every time. Never lost interest, and never lost hope!! Especially in today's market!! He even helped me through selling my home in CO to get to NC. Just an all around amazing experience with him that I don't think id ever get with another realtor! It was absolutely worth it that now I'm trusting him with our selling process when it's time to relocate again!! JJ thank you again for everything!!

Owner and broker in charge Jaw dowdy is a great guy and really talented real estate broker He has been in Fayetteville his entire life so he knows the town and the best place to buy your new home He is the person I'd go to if I am interested in buying a new home in or around Fayetteville
