I am disgusted with the treatment I have received from the therapy department. I was originally being seen by a wonderful therapist who eventually retired in mid 2023 but after that it has been nothing but downhill. I have been passed back and forth from therapist to therapist without even receiving as much as a consultation appointment from the 2 different providers they have assigned me, due to various issues and it taking me reaching out to even begin a new search and 2 months later after finally being referred I received a provider who I have yet to meet who said I had to reschedule appointments 2 days in a row due to them "leaving the office early" or "not coming in today" It has been almost 6 months and I have still not been seen by ANYONE. The therapists seem to come and go as they please with what seems to be an utter lack of concern for the patients wellbeing.

The absolute worse place to be referred to. From the front desk RUDE. To a Morgan! To a Mallorie. If your doctors refer you here tell them no thanks and find someone else. Matter a fact ask me I have a team now thats simply amazing thats NO WHERE NEAR here! They are really here just to get a check! Fair warning! Dont ever go here! You will leave worse.

My experience has been awesome. I have the best psychiatrist, Ms Mallory. She listens, she offers advice, she is there to help you. Ms Mallory strategizes on how you are feeling, how your daily life is going, and what your goals are, and comes up with a medication regime to help with everything youre going thru. And at the next visit, we discuss where Im at, whats working and not working, and adjust the meds. With Ms Mallory, its not just heres some meds now get out. She builds a relationship with you, one to where you can trust her and know she has your back. Ive been seeing Ms Mallory for several years now and I wont ever switch unless I move away or she quits. Shes that good!!!!!

Needs better Dr in this place very unprofessional for our mental health community
