Sylvia was very nice and friendly. She explained the information that I needed to know very well. She was very helpful. 100% 5 Stars for her. Also Andrea was very nice and friendly. She help me set up my cell phone to QR the code for the payzen card. She showed me how to screen shot on my phone. I'm at a lost when it comes to tech. She was very helpful. 100% 5 Stars for her.

I came in today for labs. My first time visiting this lab. Michael, the trainee in Patient Registration was so kind to me. He introduced himself , and ushered me to his kiosk. As he was putting my info in his computer glitched , and he didn't skip a beat! I appreciated his humanity more than he'll ever know!

Michael at patient services, Teena in radiology, & Camesha in the lab were very kind and professional. One of the best experiences at Cape Fear Valley. Not to mention FAST!

The entire staff was phenomenal for both my pre-op and day of surgery. The top tier experience that I was given by the nurses and check in staff kept my mind at ease. I appreciate each and every one of them, they were gentle, kind, professional, and comical. I always love a great laugh. Here are the names that I can remember, of course my lovely doctor, Dr. Gordon, Troy and the entire preop staff, two Jennifers (RN level II and III), a lady with beautiful locs, cant remember her name, another nurse with dark hair, and the entire staff in post op recovery. I have been bragging about the treatment that I received to my family. Thanks so much!
