Extremely unprofessional staff and the providers speak unprofessionally. I'll never go back, that's for sure!

My mom has been coming to this place for a little over a year now.We was at the Goshen in Dunn nc but transferred to Fayetteville. Yes our wait is long sometimes but well worth it. Why our wait is so worth it is because when we get called back from our provider Samantha nurse our whole visit is a wonderful/everything. . Why because the nurse is AWESOME she is the best with the best provider. The nurse treats all her patients as her own family she keeps us laughing and is absolutely very carrying for all her patients. When calling about things for mom the nurse and Samantha are quick and go hard to get what we are in need of. They always go over and Beyond people like Samantha and her nurse is the kind of people Goshen needs to strive hard to keep. The only thing we have issues every time we visit is the front receptionists are always playing on there cell phones, breaking Hippa rules, or coloring cartoon pages. But after all we are always excited and happy to see our caring, loving, and joyful nurse and Doctor. APPRECIATE YOUR FABULOUS STAFF

I have been waiting for my decom to be sent to the pharmacy now since 19 of July keep calling but no one answers the phone been calling since 2pm its now 317pm and no answer
