        VA Optical shop has a number system for customer waiting to be seen. However, the area is normally crowded and many are required to sit in the adjoining area waiting section (in Behavioral Health). The problem, when the representative from the Optical Shop comes out to call the number for the next Customer to be seen, you can't hear the person. VA should really consider installing a monitor with audio to better serve their clients.
