Been coming here for a few years, April being my Family Physician. Up until a few months ago all was well, not sure what's going on but the staff and customer service has gone down hill. You can never get a appointment not even if your sick and need to be seen right away. The staff is non chalant about everything, they really don't care. I was told to just go to the emergency room smh, that cost. And why sent a person there when they have a family physician that they see right there. I love April but I will be looking else where bc this place is horrible

The front desk receptionist at Dr.O location was very helpful and was helpful. I like her words of My Pleasure when I thanked her. However the Dr.was abrupt and had bad bedside manners. When asked about a diagnosis he told me to Google it. It. .

Weve been going here since the day they opened their doors. Ive had to file complaints about referrals not getting done in a timely manner, and the Nurse Practitioner that I see, doesnt utilize My Chart as its intended. The latest debacle that happened is when I sent a My Chart question to my NP, to ask if there was a problem taking a specific otc cough med with one of my prescriptions. I was told to go to the urgent care or the emergency room in case its Covid or the flu. So, I never did get an answer to my question, and this is a fairly regular thing. Not everyone can afford to run to the Dr for every little illness. Staff at this particular place doesnt seem to give a darn and I have even caught them lying to me. The general manager. Antony, will take note of complaints but nothing changes. Ever since Dr Nancy Henderson Hines left, the place has gone downhill. I do receive adequate care there, but am left stressed every time I have a my chart question or have to go there. I will continue to go because its so close to home.

This review is specifically for the express care on the side of the building. My husband and I have always come here because of the fast and good service but that has drastically changed. I had just come about 4 weeks ago with my my children (infant and 10 year old) and my nanny and got in no problems and was even given a separate waiting room for the baby and come today after waiting outside to be told that I cannot be seen because my children are with me? So now we are denying single parents health care because they have their children with them. This is honesty a joke, I thankfully have surrounding family that could theoretically help watch my children but what about the thousands of parents who are by themselves and cant afford a babysitter or daycare? They just shouldnt see a doctor now because they have children. Do better.

If you need a referral, be prepared for it to take a YEAR. I am not just puling this out of thin air. My husband experienced the same thing. If you DO get a referral they will not make sure the place is taking new patients or takes your insurance, so you could end up waiting over and over for months and months till they get it right. I needed referral for counseling; the receptionists TWICE sent POLICE to my house with a story saying "if we send the police there, you don't need a referral! The police will give you a paper so you can get counseling right away!" I was baffled, confused, embarrassed, insulted. Found out that is a baloney lie and not some creepy magic loophole to getting a counseling referral, not that they gave me a choice. You will get a broken answering service machine (literally does not work) most of the time when you call. I also dealt with rudeness and extreme short-sightedness by both NPs, nurses and receptionists. They have no patient advocacy department whatsoever, which is convenient for them as they suck so much. My medical needs were NOT met during my time there, nor were my husband's during his. My advice: don't let them jerk you around for a year waiting. Get a different doctor! Only people who love getting ignored and screwed over in ways they couldn't imagine a doc office would do to them should go there.
