Amber is a truly gifted masseuse. She can relieve the most tense shoulders and neck muscles! I had tension headaches that she would melt away with her skilled hands. She educated me on stretches to help with lower back pain related to IT band and gluteus muscle tension and has helped me become generally more flexible and mobile.
