massage by jeni

I was gifted 3 massage certificates for swedish massage. I contacted Jeni the owner of this business and I was trying to book an appointment for a massage. She first messaged she would be out of town for a week, so I asked about the following week. She responded with a few dates/times to choose,I picked one. I didn't hear a thing back after that message. An hour went by so I messaged with ? to see if in fact this date/time was good and could we get it scheduled. I was replied to with "Im working, I will text you when I can." I didn't hear back from her until the next day at almost noon. I respond with my personal info that she requested to book said appointment. 5 hours later I get a message saying that time is no longer available, she must of looked at the wrong day/month ect. She asks me if I can do another time, I reply okay. fast forward to the day of my scheduled appointment and she canceled on me an hour before the massage. I responded to her cancellation/reschedule message with No. At this point I'm so fed up with the run around, I just would like to be refunded and move on. I request a refund and of course she states there are no refunds on gift certificates. The conversation at this point takes a weird turn and she has sent many rude messages to me. I have gone to google and looked at her reviews, I am not the only person she has done this to. She is getting prepaid for services and then making and breaking appointments with people who have purchased gift certificates. We were referred to her by a third party and should have googled her prior to purchasing. 2 out of her 15 reviews are from who referred us to her. All reviews are from the same day. The one negative review is almost identical to my encounter.

I have been going to her for a few months now and have never felt better. Jenni provides a fantastic massage and continues to keep me pain free. I highly recommend her to anyone who may suffer from chronic pain like I do. I appreciate the fact that she works with my schedule and has also fit me in on very short notice when I was suffering from severe back problems. I wont go anywhere else.

I have been going to Jeni for almost 5 years. She has helped to improve the quality of my life. I dont have as many migraines as I used to have before seeing her regularly. I love the quality of service she provides. I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed.

Jeni is worthy of praise. She has been working with me for years now. I suffer with migraines. Her expert ability to locate and work knots out of the muscles that contribute to migraine triggers have been a blessing. If you are in need of a massage for medical reasons or relaxation she is an excellent choice!!
