H & H Lawn Care came for the 1st time this season. Needless to say, the lawn was in much need of their care! The gentlemen did a great job & I was very pleased with the results.

Quick and easy process with Sean, the owner. A couple of days from estimate to job complete. Sean was honest and left me with great knowledge when it comes to lawn care which was great as a new home owner. All that being said the quality of the work itself was more than enough to earn my return business. I would highly recommend H&H

Horrible customer service. I submitted a request for an estimate online, but was never contacted. After 2 weeks, I reached out to the owner via text and he did end up stopping by a few days later. We discussed laying sod in the backyard and redoing the front flower bed. He told me to monitor how much sun the backyard receives and he sent me a quote for just the flowerbed. For the flower bed we wanted to rip out 6 bushes, decrease the size/reshape, level it, replace with new bushes/annual flowers and lay rock. I agreed to the quote and sent him updates on the sun coverage. A crew showed up randomly a few days later and ripped out the bushes and left. Some weeks passed by and again I had to contact the owner to get updates on when they were going to finish the flower bed and ask about the quote for the backyard. He said he messaged me back about the sun coverage, but must have sent it to the wrong person. On a positive note, he did tell me that I would probably be wasting my money on the sod due to not getting enough sun, which was nice. Glad I dodged that bullet because the end result of my flower bed was overpriced and not what I asked for. Weeks after the bushes were ripped out, the crew came out again to finish the flower bed. Essentially you get an automated text the morning of around 7am saying you have a scheduled service for a grass cutting or a quote. It does not specify what they are actually doing or what time they are coming. The team showed up around 8. They didnt knock on the door or announce their presence just started working. Luckily, I was leaving for work so I was able to have a 5 minute conversation with them. Unfortunately, when I returned from work it was not what I envisioned. They literally ripped out 6 bushes and replaced it with 2 small green bushes. We asked for low maintenance plants that have annual flowers. There was no conversation on the type of plants they were picking out or if we even liked them. There were all these fees for trimming out remaining bushes that didnt need trimmed, disposal, rearranging the border (maybe moved 10 bricks total), and prepping the ground. Not sure what was prepped, but nothing was done to the ground after he bushes were removed and that was a different fee. It wasnt even leveled like I asked. I got a literal ton of rocks and 2 bushes out of the ordeal for just under $800. Less than 2 hours of work total and thats being super generous. When I expressed my concern to the owner, he said I thought you were going for clean and empty. His way of fixing it was sodding the areas where the bricks were rearranged, which supposedly saved me $120. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else!

Jon and Christian did a really good job on my house. The guys were super flexible with my work schedule too which I thought was awesome. They double checked for confirmation what I wanted done before they did it and everything went smoothly. They trimmed some bushes and mowed my lawn for a good price too. Glad I went with these guys because not only do they actually pick up the phone but they did a bang up job. Ive used a few services here and these guys are by far the most professional.
