more than disappointed this place is usually my go to i purchased two pair of earrings all was well until i got to the last set to put in my ear one of the backs don't even come apart so i have one use less earring there policy is no refunds or exchanges so my lost there gain i guess definitely will check all jewelry before purchasing anything anywhere

BAD QUALITY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE My fianc purchased a diamond ring and the stones started falling out, the 1st one on the side less than a month of having it. 2months later another stone fell out from the top. Hes blaming it on getting it sized. But the 1st stone fell out prior to resizing it. I took it to a reputable jeweler to have it sized, which he is referring me back to them as if I bought it from them. I had a ring resized 3times and its 5yrs old and worn everyday & the stones have not fell out. This ring from them is not worn everyday. Ive had other diamond rings resized & never had an issue with the stones. The second option was to refer me to someone they deal with thats probably going to charge an arm & leg to replace the 2 stones. IF YOU WANT QUALITY JEWELRY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BC THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. HE TOLD ME THEY GUARANTEE THEIR GOLD & DIAMONDS ARE REAL BUT WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY, THATS IMPORTANT ALSO?
