Dairy Queen (Treat)

Service is good here. Ice cream is good when you can actually get what you want- but the past FOUR times weve been here theyve been out of pretty much everything we wanted to order. For example last time they were out of brownie pieces and pretzels. Today theyre out of chocolate ice cream. How are you an establishment based around ice cream and out of the main ingredient. Last time I waste gas driving up here. So disappointing every time.

My daughters tried their seasonal strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and liked it a lot! I got the mango pineapple smoothie and it was okay. Customer service was great.

There was this girl named Lainey , she was very sweet and kind to me and my sisters , we were all very indecisive and she was very patient with us and even gave us great recommendations . Amazing staff member she is I appreciate and applaud her for being such an amazing employee

The employees are all very polite, however, the management is clearly failing them. They were out of Oreo, Strawberry, milk, butterscotch dilly bars, and a number of things that werent applicable to our orderout of 4 members of our family, they were unable to accommodate anyones primary or secondary choices. This is not the first, second, or even third time this location has failed to maintain their inventory, so we will venture the extra 15 mins to give another location a shot. I get that some ingredients are proprietary but this location is literally connected to a gas station that sells both milk and Oreos. I hope management steps up their game to serve the community, but more importantly to better enable the employees and shield them from a less reasonable person who may direct their frustration at the employee, instead of management. Today, you lost a $50 order. It seems to me, it would be worth it to walk 20 feet and purchase $10 worth of milk and Oreos.just saying.
