Courtyard by Marriott Fayetteville

Convenient location to the fort. Chain Restaurants are across the street. Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Well managed hotel.

My wife is a lifetime titanium elite member & Were stayin at this hotel 1 nite but never ever again!!.the rooms hv been renovated but definitely not the NASTY bathrooms tvs & a/c sounded like an industrial motor so loud & it rattled!!!..the mgr on duty was absolutely no help but front desk sophie, engineer jeff, housekeeping supv amelda & housekeeper jherri were so courteous accommodating & truly made an very annoying situation better by changing our room TWICE!!.These employees r assets to this hotel & should b commended!!!.we wasted 27,000 points for this room when mgt should hv returned these pts to my wifes acct due to the aggravation!!incidentally, this location was approx 20 mins from I-95 very inconvenient

This place is super dated and gross, I feel like the only cleaning they do is change the sheets and towels I mean just look at the alarm clock next to the bed I dont think anyones ever wiped it off The AC my room appears to have a motion sensor so it cuts on and off in the middle of the night with a loud noise from the fan that woke me up constantly and my room never felt cold always humid and warm Worst Marriott Ive ever stayed in
