        The staff( one person) had no idea how to check us out. Gave a phone number to call. I could go on for days why not to stay here but the one star should say enough

        CRACK CITY. DO NOT BOOK HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOBBY STINKS, WITH MISMATCHED DECOR. DROVE FROM OUT OF TOWN TO NOT HAVING THE ROOM I RESERVED, WAS GLAD THOUGH. PULLED UP AND THERE WAS A LOT OF TRAFFICK COMING IN AND OUT THE COURT YARD AND IT WAS CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT. THERE'S A RED AND BLUE LIGHT SHINING IN THE COURT YARD OF THE HOTEL. THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT STAY THERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, THEY GIVE IT THE HOTEL AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHETHER YOU STAY OR NOT, AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND. DEFINETELY A ZERO ON A 1-10 SCALE FOR PLACES I WOULD RECOMMEND
