        It seems to be a high turnover rate for CNAs; There was a lack of communication from office staff to the home caregiver when CNA changes occurred. Lackluster assessment of care needs based on document provided to caregiver.

        They seem to have a high turn-over rate with their CNA's. They don't stay long at all. Every time we get a good aid, then they leave the company and it takes WEEKS before we get a replacement.
