I called about a specific recliner living room set and though I have to wait, Gaynell knew exactly what we were looking for and was extremely courteous. Being out of town and driving, I was unable to get my ducks in a row, so she was kind enough to give me a write up and promptly emailed it in a very timely fashion. Having not seen their place of business, nor met their complete staff yet, I was so pleased with our encounter...why wouldn't I want to do business with her?! Thank you for your assistance and looking forward to visiting and placing our order. You are a vanishing breed of a salesperson interested in selling and satisfying the customer.
