        This review is for whoever changes entry rules. They have a dart board with rules. Where the dart lands, they will adopt that rule. Everyone needs to scan their IDs. Only the driver. Then again everyone. Barcode in the front. Barcode in the back. Everyone needs a military ID, otherwise need to go to the Visitor's Center. Only one needs DoD ID. And it changes almost on a daily basis!
