        Applied for Auto loan from fort liberty. The customer service is horrible at this branch. We been trying to contact them for over 4 hours at the dealership. Had to contact another branch to get them to transfer us to the Raeford rd location. We been trying to send over documents and was told they did not get the documents. The lady that was assisting us, now is trying to rush us off the phone because they are about to close. Im trying to purchase a car! I guess they do not want our business. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

        There are no atms available to deposit money. They are extremely slow. Now the inside is closed causing the drive through to be backed up and more slow
