Great place for multiple loads to be washed, dried, and folded. The lady overseeing the facility was extremely nice and helpful! Will definitely return!

The most frustrating experience that Ive ever had with a business. They claim to exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to [them], but they fell short when dry cleaning my blazer. The blazer originally cost over $1,500, but I purchased it for $600 with alterations from Brooks Brothers. I I got the blazer back from One Hour Cleaners, and it was ruined. I didnt try it on and realize they had shrunk it until 15 days after I picked it up. However, I brought it back with the receipt and all my items in the original plastic with the the receipt. I was stonewalled by management, and they have never tried to resolve the issue despite numerous visits. They claim to have a 48 hour policy for reporting damages, but it is listed no where on their storefront or the back of the receipt. I would have appreciated more empathy and effort to resolve my issue.
