For my infants first well baby check up, we got there 20 mins prior to the appointment time and still took over an hour to be seen. I also had to drop off a physical form for the pediatrician to fill out in which I was told they were going to contact me once the form is completed. Almost 2 weeks go by, I decided to call to check the status of the form and then the receptionist told me it was ready for pick up. Customer service is poor, waiting time is too long, and my childs check up was only about 10 mins after waiting for about an hour. My child will no longer be seen there.
