Dr. Ram is an awesome neurologist! Highly recommend! He has a wealth of knowledge and takes his time with his patients to adequately listen to their concerns. He is very thorough and effective in reaching accurate diagnoses. He takes ample time to discuss treatment options and works hard to implement the best treatment plans available. He truly cares for his patients! His office staff are all fantastic as well. Office visits are always a pleasant experience with no issues regarding long wait times.

I highly recommend this neurology office! Dr. Ram is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. While in his office, he answered all of my questions and addressed the concerns that had bothered me the most. He was very thorough with the physical exam and was systematic in his approach to each concern. He also does a great job of explaining the plan to me and will ensure that I understand what is going on, especially if I don't understand the first time around. He is quick about sending in referrals for imaging and will check to make sure that family understands what is going on if they are there as well. His staff is exceptionally professional, kind and helpful with whatever I needed. He and his staff are very approachable and kind, willing to work with schedule changes and conflicts. The flow of the office is well planned and they are very cognisent of time management. Insurance can be a concern for many doctors offices, however that is not the case here. Dr. Ram is always prepared to work with prior authorization concerns and any sort of issue that may come up with insurance coverage. The office is very clean and well organized. The waiting room is pleasant and the wait time has not been an issue for me at all. I recommend coming here if you or your family have any neurological concerns.
