I and my children have been going here for years. I have recommended people to this office because of the great work they had done for myself and my children. But we will never go back. They have changed policies so much to the point I'm not comfortable sending my children here. If a parent is not allowed into a room with their child, a minor, that's an issue. I was told there are always assistants or other hygienists there, but that does not make me think that my child is safe. No reminders being sent out anymore has cause so many issues. And if you no show they just drop you and say it's their policy. Seems like their policies need to be reviewed by the dental board.

I am from NYC and coming to NC I was worried I wouldn't find the same care we received back home in all aspects of healthcare, but this dental facility reminds me of back home with the kind, attentative staff and doctors. My children are not rushed and they feel comfortable with the setting and exams. If you are looking for a new dental home, I would say give this place a try.

Professional yet friendly and very helpful staff, clean environment with a great vibe, hardly any wait time after check in, and the service was on point as always. My 3 children have been patients for a few years and they will continue to have their dental care from them. We have no complaints at all. 5 stars are well deserved. Ty for everything.

Cozy, clean, well lit, kind clerks, clean restrooms, 2 large TVs nice decorations for kids, with Nemo and Dory (posters), plenty of parking spaces. 3-4 people at check-in. Barely any wait to get in the room. Maybe they should keep some books and toys around to entertain kids, but then I know that creates other types of issues. Water fountains are covered with plastic, not in use, so bring your own bottle. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Good temperature in the waiting lobby, not too hot or too cold. Dr. was nice and listened well. Place was easy to find using Google maps.
